JENNIFER T. ROTH
Jennifer began riding in 1966 and has been seriously involved in dressage since 1969. As a young girl, Jennifer enjoyed 3 day eventing (on her horse Devish at left) In 1971 she attended the Von Neindorff Riding Institute in Germany. In 1980 Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science from UC Davis in Plant Pathology. In the early 1980's she earned the USET/ ASMIS Scholarship grant which allowed her to return to Germany to ride with Olympic veterans, Karin Schluter and Margit Otto-Crepin. Upon returning from Germany, Jennifer settled in Carmel Valley, California and began importing warmbloods, training and continued competing in dressage.
Jennifer has won numerous national AHSA and USDF awards. Some FEI highlights include Reserve Champion Intermediare I Freestyle 1989 and 1990. In 1997 and 1998, Jennifer respectively earned the USDF First Level Champion and USDF Second Level Reserve Champion, Region 7 with her stallion, Siglavy Angelica II.

Along with training and competing, Jennifer began a Lipizzan breeding program in the early 1990's. Her goal is to improve the quality of Lipizzans in the United States and promote this endangered breed.
Jennifer particularly enjoys teaching students of all levels. At her facility she teaches adults and children in dressage and hunters. She has been an USEF dressage judge since 1984 and holds a "S" judges' card.
